Your Right to Cancel

 

As a UK customer, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you'd like to return it. You then have another 14 days to send it back to us.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at admin@michelledupsmerch.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging (where possible).

  3. Post the items back to us at the address provided to you by our team via e-mail.

Refunds

1. We'll refund the full cost of the items plus the original standard delivery charge (if you paid one).

2. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it).

3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or not as described.

Items that Cannot Be Returned

 

1.Personalised or customised t-shirts and merchandise.

2. Books or merchandise that have been used, damaged, or are not in a resalable condition (unless faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us right away. We'll cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or full refund.
